The remote test transmitter VT705P, connected to the detector via a plug, is used to test the functionality and mounting of the seismic detectors. The test system consist of a test generator inside the seismic detectors VV600/602-Plus and the crystal unit VT705P which is mounted on the protected object, inside the detector housing.
There are two possibilities of testing; internal test of the detectors electronic or a function test of the detector and its physical contact to the protected object.
